Franki
Love. All I want to do with music is give it to others.
Share my heart and soul. My real name is Francine, but I use
Franki for short because it's much easier to remember. I also
like to use Franki because it kind of distinguishes the side
of my personality that is more of the "performer".
I'm
a classically trained pianist and have been playing the piano
since the age of five. I tried quitting when I was 12 but
my parents wouldn't let me (thank God). I remember when I
was around 7, I would watch MTV. I would stand in front of
the mirror, and try to imitate the singers. All of those rock
stars were like Barbie dolls to me. Just fun to admire, but
the lives they lived were "make-believe" in my eyes.
When I was a child, I said to myself, "When I grow up,
I want to do something that always is fun. Something that
brings me good fortune. But most of all, something that touches
and help others". Never in a million years would I have
thought that I would be a singer. But life is mysterious and
beautiful and after I wrote my first song, there was
no turning back. I knew through thick and thin, sickness and
poverty, I found my purpose. All I want to do with music is
give it to others. Share my heart and soul.
